If any sightseeing / flight/ train/ Bus missed due to time management, Bad Road Condition, Traffic Jam, any Political Issue then the company will not be responsible for it. It will not be claimed.
Similar Hotels Will be provided if given hotel will be sold out at the time of confirmation.
Packages can be customized according to Guest Requirements (customization will not entertained after 15 days prior of travel date).
The customers are requested to read the Confirmation Voucher carefully and acknowledge it within 24 hours of issuance. Any errors can’t be entertained during the tour.
Any complaint or claim by the customer must be notified to us in writing within 7 days of the end of tour. Claim or complaint notified to us beyond this period will not be entertained.
Any kind of insurance is not covered in the package. Guest will have to take care of it by own.
Meals and its timing will be followed as per the hotel menu whether it is Buffet or Al-Carte. For any un-availed meals we shall not be responsible.
Check in & checkout time will be according to hotel policies (Early check in & late checkout will attract extra charges)
Unforeseen scenarios like natural phenomenon / political disturbances / Hike in Tax Structures / Strikes / cancellation of flights/trains & change in flight and train schedule etc. may attract extra charges.
Optional services in the room booked (room service, heater, mini bar, snacks or telephone calls) will be charged extra at the time of check out.
Any complimentary services (if not provided) cannot be claimed in form of cash/alternative services.

In some cases, if we are not holding the amount i.e. we have transferred the amount further to service providers, then cancellation charges may be different & will vary case to case.
The Company has complete authority to change the package costing if in future there is a hike in tariff & taxes on hotels, transportation or any other service that has been provided.
In exceptional cases like Instant death company can refund the advance payment amount but after deducting its necessary service charges* (death certificate will be needed for the same)
